Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Standing the Stones. The past few years have brought change and growth in this ministry. I’m excited about the new website, and the ways it captures the focus God has been developing during this season.

Standing the Stones exists to help facilitate growth in worship and community life. Our desire is to serve the Church by providing a third party resource for the purpose of evaluation, equipping, and encouragement.

.:Evaluate:.    We work with pastoral staff, elders, and deacon boards to evaluate current goals and establish vision for the future. We also work alongside leadership in working through areas of conflict in community life.

.:Equip:.   Central to this ministry is the desire to see men and women of faith equipped to serve in the world with joy and purpose, making a tangible difference through worship, prayer, and lives of mercy. All our efforts in speaking, worship leadership, music ministry, retreats, and prayer are focused around this call ~ encountering the deep love of God, and responding to that love with service born of gratitude.

.:Encourage:.   It is one of our great joys to speak and lead worship at retreats for churches and para-church organizations. From a ‘day away’ for a church’s pastoral staff, to speaking with college students about discerning God’s call in their lives, each opportunity to interact with a different strata of God’s family brings it’s own opportunity to speak of God’s love and encourage our response.
